Hey there, I'm Sara!

I used to think I had to choose between spreadsheets and sketchbook, turns out, I don’t. I’m a former accountant who swapped the corporate life for the wild, wonky joy of surface design. These days, I spend my time creating bold, versatile patterns from my not-so-glamorous sofa studio (dogs included), and helping people like you make their homes feel more like themselves.

I stumbled into this world while searching for something that felt more aligned, more creative, more honest, more me. Surface pattern design hit me like a lightbulb moment: the perfect blend of art, order, and intuition. Now, I get to turn ideas into something you can actually live with, on your walls, your cushions, your everyday.

What Inspires Me.

Honestly? Just about everything.

I collect visual inspiration like other people collect mugs, vintage art prints, charity shops, quirky tiles, the way the light hits the hallway at 4pm. It all feeds the design process. I’m also a bit obsessed with maps, puzzles, and anything that helps me make sense of patterns.

Each design I create is a little love letter to one of those moments. Not curated perfection. Just honest style with a bit of character.
