I'm Sara, a former accountant who swapped spreadsheets for sketchbooks, and never looked back.
These days I design bold, versatile surface patterns from my sofa studio in Portsmouth (dogs firmly included), and help people make their homes feel more like themselves.
I stumbled into surface pattern design while looking for something more creative, more honest, more me. Turns out it's the perfect blend of art, order, and intuition. I've been here ever since.
What inspires me
I collect visual inspiration the way other people collect mugs. Vintage prints, charity shop finds, the way light hits the hallway at 4pm. Each design is a small nod to one of those moments. Not curated perfection. Just honest style with a bit of character.
