Cancelling your order

If you're buying as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

When this applies

Most wallpaper here is printed to order in the colour, material and length you choose, so it's exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Standard, uncustomised samples are not exempt. If you've ordered a standard sample, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery.

How to cancel

Email info@summerskyestudio.com with your name and order number. You don't need to give a reason.

I'll confirm by email and send you the return address. You cover the cost of return postage, and I'll refund within 14 days of receiving the item back or seeing proof you've posted it.

Changed your mind straight away?

Nothing goes to print for 3 hours after you order. Get in touch within that window and I'll cancel and refund in full, whatever you've ordered.

Something wrong with your order?

If it's arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, that's separate. Send me a photo within 30 days and I'll sort it out. Full details in my Return & Refund Policy.
