How do I choose the right colourway for my space?
We always recommend ordering a sample first. Test it in your room at different times of day (natural light vs evening light), and place it next to your paint/furnishings so you can see how the tones shift.
Do you offer samples for this wallpaper?
Yes, samples are available so you can check colour, texture, and scale in your own space before ordering full panels.
How do I measure my walls and calculate how much I need?
Measure the width and height of each wall you want to cover. If your wall has slopes, windows, or tricky sections, measure the tallest and widest points. When in doubt, round up slightly, it’s always better to have a little extra than come up short.
Can I customise the scale, colours, or sizing?
Many designs can be adjusted. If you’d like a different scale or colour direction, or you need help fitting around features (doors/windows), reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you order.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
Material options and finishes are shown on each product page. If you’re unsure which one to choose, samples are the best way to compare the look and feel in your home.
Is your wallpaper renter-friendly / removable?
If you’re renting, choose the most removable-friendly option available for that product and make sure your wall is properly prepped (clean, smooth, fully cured paint). Removal can vary depending on wall texture, paint type, and installation method, so we recommend testing a small area first.
How do installation and panel matching work?
Your wallpaper is supplied in panels designed to align edge-to-edge. Follow the panel order during installation and match the artwork at the seams. For best results, we recommend a professional installer — especially for large walls or detailed patterns.
What are your production times, shipping costs, and return policy?
Production time and shipping costs are shown on the product page and at checkout. For returns, please refer to our policy page, and if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Can I customize the colour or scale of a design?
Yes! I offer free colour tweaks and rescaling for most designs. Just send me the design link and your preferred colour (HEX code, paint swatch, or inspiration photo) and let me know if you’d like the pattern in the standard scale (as shown), larger, or smaller. I’ll create a custom preview for you before you order! For fabric, almost any scale is possible.
How do I request a custom order?
Simply use my Custom Request Form or message me directly with your ideas. I’ll confirm what’s possible, give you a timeline, and send a digital preview for your approval before anything goes to print.
How long does customisation take?
Simple colour or scale tweaks usually take 3 - 5 days. If you need a more complex change, like altering the motif or a full redesign, I’ll always confirm the cost and timeline with you before starting.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes, I’m open to creating completely custom patterns or designs for special projects. Just get in touch with your ideas, and I’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a quote if needed.
Will I see a preview before my custom order is printed?
Absolutely! You’ll always receive a digital preview to review and approve before anything goes to print, so you can be sure you’re happy with the final design
Do you charge extra for customization?
Most simple tweaks (colour or scale) are free. More extensive changes, such as altering the motif or creating a brand-new design, may have an additional fee. I’ll always be upfront about any costs before starting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer free worldwide shipping for all wallpaper orders placed through my website. If you’re ordering fabric or home décor from Spoonflower, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Where do your products ship from?
All products are printed and shipped from the EU.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For customers in the USA, UK, EU, and Canada, all import taxes and duties are included in your order, there are no extra charges on delivery.
For other countries, your order may be subject to local customs or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, I recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering, or feel free to message me for advice.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All wallpapers are printed to order using eco-conscious processes. Production usually takes 1–2 business days, but during busy periods or holidays, it may take up to 3–4 business days.
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA & Canada: 2–3 business days after production
- UK & European Union: 1–2 business days after production
- Other European countries: 1–2 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 3–5 business days after production
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only possible if there’s a fault or error. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible with the issue and any photos so I can help resolve it.

If your order arrives with any damage or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch straight away. I’ll work with you and my production partner to make it right.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! Our wallpapers are PVC-free and printed with GreenGuard Certified, water-based inks, making them safe for your home and the environment. The non-pasted traditional wallpaper uses FSC® certified materials, ensuring responsible sourcing and sustainability.
What makes your process sustainable?
We use print-on-demand production to reduce waste, only what you order is made. Our suppliers prioritize eco-conscious materials and processes, including water-based inks and PVC-free substrates. This approach minimizes environmental impact while maintaining high quality.
Are your inks safe for children and pets?
Absolutely. Our wallpapers are printed with non-toxic, water-based UV, GreenGuard-certified inks that meet strict safety certifications, making them safe for nurseries, schools, homes with children, and pet-friendly spaces.
Do you use sustainable materials?
Yes. Our Peel & Stick wallpaper is made from 100% polyester PET fabric that’s fully recyclable. Our Traditional wallpaper is paper-based and also fully recyclable. We carefully select materials that balance durability, beauty, and environmental responsibility.
How can I dispose of or recycle wallpaper and fabric?
Peel & Stick wallpaper backing can be recycled like paper.
Packaging is mostly recyclable cardboard, though laminated layers may vary by local recycling programs.
Both Peel & Stick and Traditional wallpapers are recyclable, but check your local facilities for specific guidelines.

Every pattern is designed by me, Sara, founder and artist behind Summer Skye Studio. I hand-draw and digitise each design, so you’re always getting original, artist-created work.
